New trainees welcomed by LoeschPack and Hastamat

The two sister companies LoeschPack and Hastamat Verpackungstechnik have started the current training year with a total of five new trainees.
Loesch has been employing four new apprentices since September 1, 2017, who will be learning the professions of industrial mechanic and electronics technician for operating technology over the next three and a half years. A total of 17 trainees are now working at Loesch. The first working day began for the four young adults with a welcome speech by Managing Director Dr. Thomas Cord and an information and introduction session by the trainers, the HR department and the youth and trainee representatives. Afterwards the working clothes were distributed. At the end of the day, a joint tour of the plant and the necessary safety instruction were waiting for the trainees. Loesch also offers its new trainees an introductory week organized by the Youth and Trainees' Representation Office, which supports a social project. This year, playground equipment was renewed and various repairs were carried out in a kindergarten. In this way, the trainees get to know each other and can already socialize with their new colleagues.
At Hastamat, an apprentice in the profession of electronics technician for industrial engineering has been joining the workforce since August 1, 2017. During his three-and-a-half year apprenticeship, he will not only work for Hastamat, but will also complete a basic course in metalworking at an external company. Hastamat now employs four trainees.
