In his new role as CTO, Dr. Schwarzfischer will be responsible for the management of service, design, automation technology and development. The 39-year-old mechanical engineer studied mechanical engineering at RWTH Aachen University and completed his doctorate at the Institute of Mechanism Theory, Machine Dynamics and Robotics in the field of energy-efficient motion systems. Before his move, Dr. Schwarzfischer was Head of Research and Development at LoeschPack. During this time, his focus was on the development of new machines and the further development of digitalization and system technology.
As CTO, Dr. Schwarzfischer complements the existing management team, which includes Olaf Piepenbrock (Managing Partner), Thomas Czioska (CSO) and Sebastian Göpfert (COO). Andreas Behrens will remain with the company as a strategic consultant and deputy managing director.
